Outlook is running (possibly in background) and in the same time run the ODMClient manually from command prompt to switch the mailbox of user.
Usage Instructions in Readme.txt of ODMClient mentions:
"Create a logon script for the client computers, which executes the following command:"
The reason of logon script is to avoid file access issues.
ODMClient has to delete/replace files as part of switch mailbox process.
Run the ODMClient manually from command prompt, but be sure Outlook is not running in the Task Manager app.
If the Outlook profile corrupted already remove it from the user account profile and create manually new account to point to the target mailbox.
Please note, there is a known issue with Outlook 2013 and Hardware Graphics Acceleration with dedicated graphics card which generate RunDll32 errors.
