ODM: Site is not properly formed. (4259011)

When trying to migrate a SharePoint site there was an error that the communication is not properly formed. 

Sample Event: 
The site https://domain.sharepoint.com//sites/SiteName is not properly formed. The site https://domain.sharepoint.com//sites/SiteName is not properly formed.

Typically when mapping a SharePoint site using a file within On Demand Migration the format is "/sites/SiteName".  If the error is returned and the double forward slashes are present "//Sites/SiteName", modify the mapping file and remove the forward slash for the target site URL. 

1. Modify the .CSV file and remove the "/" in the target URL column for any sites that experienced the communication error. 
2. Within On Demand Migration on the SharePoint Contents tab, click More Actions and choose Map From File
3. Browse to the file that has been modified and then next through and finish the wizard to have the task run
4. Attempt a new migration of the site(s)

Verify if target site's relative path is correct.
