Description
When attempting to migrate SharePoint content using On Demand Migration (ODM), the migration fails with the following error:
```
Error occurred while migrating Site <<SITE_NAME>>  
Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
```
This typically occurs during the Site Migration phase.
Cause
This error usually indicates one or more of the following issues:
- The migration account does not have sufficient permissions (Global Admin role missing).
- Different accounts were used for granting consent and configuring migration connections.
- SharePoint Admin Center URLs were not properly configured in the ODM project.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Verify Global Admin Permissions
- Ensure the accounts used to grant consent in ODM are Global Administrators for both the source and target tenants.
- After granting consent, the Global Admin role can be downgraded if desired.
2. Confirm Consistent Accounts
- The same accounts used to grant consent must also be configured under: Migrations > Accounts > Configure Connections.
3. Configure SharePoint Admin Center URLs
- In ODM, navigate to: Migration > SharePoint > Configure Project.
- Ensure the following fields are correctly populated:
  Source SharePoint Admin Center URL
  Target SharePoint Admin Center URL
- These URLs must allow login to the respective SharePoint Admin Centers.
4. Refresh and Retry
- Run a Refresh Project task from the SharePoint project dashboard.
- Perform SharePoint Site Discovery again.
- Retry the migration for the affected SharePoint site.
