We cannot populate accounts collection with csv file.
Received the following error :
"Index was outside the bounds of the array"
You can download a CSV template when you click More > Import Collections to open the "Import Collections from File" dialog.
This csv file should contain these columns "UserPrincipalName" or "ObjectId" and "Collection".
You can ignore "Type" and "Sub Types".
Suggestions regarding the right formatting:
1) Change "userPrincipalName" to "UserPrincipalName"
2) Change "type" to "Type"
3) "Type" column should be populated with "group" or "user"
