Teams chats missing for one user -
Description
Teams chats have been migrated and one user is unable to see any migrated chats in within Teams on the target tenant. -
Cause
A user account was used in place of a service account when configuring connections. This account had chats migrated using On Demand Migration (ODM).
The end portion of the Teams Chats migration will remove the admin account (the one from Configure Connections) from the migrated user chats. Where the admin is the user it removes itself and now has no access to see that chats that were migrated.

Resolution
- Create a new Project in ODM
- Configure the connections using a service account
- Re-grant consents
- Discover the accounts / map
- Discover the Teams Chats
- Select the user and create a new Chats migration task and run it
