There's currently running mailbox migration, which is working properly. However when trying to migrate OneDrive, ODM is failing with "Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation" error.
Service account is having Sharepoint Admin rights on the target and all consents were given.
Accounts are having MFA disabled, yet, when trying to access OneDrive first time (provision), Microsoft is presenting a webpage, explaining why MFA could be beneficial and how could it be setup. There's a hyperlink with "Skip Setup" on the bottom. Once this link is clicked, OneDrive is provisioned and ODM can migrate it with no issues.
To workaround the issue, MFA need to be fully disabled, or all licensed users' OneDrive can be bulk-provisioned using PowerShell script from the following Microsoft article:
