M365 Group migration task recurrence to keep Group members up-to-date between source/target tenant

When migrating M365 Groups the members (and owners) are updated. We can schedule that task to run a single time. Is there some option for recurrence to keep group members up-to-date between the source tenant and target tenant? So a task could be scheduled to run every two hours, for example? 

Functionality currently not possible. This has been logged as enhancement request ODMTOG-I-49.

Note:  It is the 'Discover' task and the 'Provision' task (not the Migrate task) that actually detect the current users (and owners) on the source target and create/"migrate" them onto the target tenant. Those two steps that are key, not only the Migration step itself in isolation. This enhancement request will allow scheduling recurrence for all three tasks to keep not just the group members in sync but also the content.    

WORKAROUND

Manually run additional 'Discover' tasks and the 'Provision' task as many times as desired to keep the owners and members of the Group on the source tenant and the target tenant in synch. It is those tasks, not the Migrate task, that actually detect the current Group users/owners on the source target and create them on the target tenant. 


STATUS

Being considered by Development and Product Management for possible implementation in a future release the product.
