ODM domain move is looping in the Add address step. -
Cause
The hybrid objects do not have all the On-Prem attributes synced up to the cloud and they are needed for the domain move.
by default AADC (Azure Active Directory Connect) would synchronize these attributes up to the cloud.

Resolution
These are on-prem object's attributes and they are supposed to be synced to the cloud objects by default, and they are used by ODMAD to update the objects during domain move.
