I am attempting to run the Re-ACL task on a computer that has been successfully discovered in ODM.
The Re-ACL process fails at the BT-DownloadUserMap step with an error: Result code 1: No matched users found.
I have already completed the migration of users/groups/O365 data.
The endpoint protection software has been disabled on this computer. The map.usr and map.gg files are empty even though I have confirmed the source objects are matched to the target objects in Dirsync local to local sync
Check the Directory Sync Environment Summary section in the product dashboard
Confirm the Source Environment contacts matched objects. If not, review the scope of your Target Environment to the scope of the Stage step configurations
Please ensure that in Mapping files that you have the Target selected.
Resolve the configuration issues and run another sync (Full, disable delta sync).
Check the map.usr and map.gg files. If they are not populated but you have matched user objects, then the issue is possibly caused by the source Netbios name not being populated in our back-end. Contact Product Support for remediation

Is this affecting all users or just some?
Please provide the mapping file from the device agent and it is located in the Device Agent installation folder.
