Teams migration partially failed. Got error of: Notebook 'notebook_name' is not migrated. Failed to migrate tab 'notebook_name'.

Cause
The term 'Notebook' means it' related to OneNote. Possible causes are:
--Personal OneNote notebook is linked to a Teams channel
--the OneNote tab linked to another team
Those two scenarios are not currently supported. This is stated in the Administrator Guide doc as of March 2021. -
Resolution
Make sure that the OneNote tab is not linked to more than one Teams channel.
