Does the On Demand Migration (ODM) Client Update Agent (CUA) or Desktop Update Agent (DUA) preserve Outlook OST files when switching the end-user Outlook profile from source to target?
Resolution

Neither CUA nor DUA is able to preserve Outlook OST files.
