CPUU has been configured to use service accounts to update user profiles (not end-user credentials), but is not able to update the user's Outlook profile. When reviewing the CPUU logs, the following error can be seen:

In this particular case, the target mailbox was hidden in the Global Address List (GAL). CPUU will need to be able to locate all mailboxes in the GAL that require updating.
Use the following procedure to manually open the user's mailbox.
1.) Open Outlook on the CPUU test workstation, as the CPUU service account user.
2.) Go to File | Open | Other User's Folder.
3.) Click the Name button.
4.) Find the user in the Global Address List.
5.) Click OK.
6.) Select Folder Type: Inbox
7.) Click OK.
These steps will need to complete successfully for CPUU to update the end-user's Outlook profile.
