Description
When trying to upload the migration file one of the following errors may be shown:
The import file was missing the headers row. Please refer to the example import file to see which headers should be included.
An error occurred importing the job file. Index was outside the bounds of the array.

Cause
The migration file has not been formatted correctly. The errors usually occur if each source and target mailbox SMTP address has not been seperated with a tab.

Resolution
Ensure the migration file is properly formatted.
