Description
Trying to determine which "account" should be used when using "nvpluginaccess"

Resolution
"When prompted for the user, choose a user that is not a database user, but is a user that exists in “NVGUI/ , Access control “, and has been granted all privileges. Would also recommend using a user that their “password never expires” (privileges tab). By default the users “Admin” and ‘default” user meet these requirements.
