Description: Child Process Dies doing Incremental Mailbox Backup. Full works fine. Looking in log you see the error "Failed to obtain contents of folder 'xxxxxxxx' during pre-scan Contents will not be backed up". -
Resolution
This is a known issue with the Plugin and the MAPI profile. Best Workaround is to make separate selection sets for mailboxes and Public folders. -
