Incremental Netware backups have stopped working (4047913)

An incremental NetWare thin client plugin job runs with 8.53 becomes a full backup when run with 8.61

This is a problem specific to backing up a Netware Server using the thin client plugin. After upgrades to 8.61 incremental backups are run as fulls

Current workaround is simply to downgrade to 8.53. We have verified that having downgraded ( not reinstalled) from 8.61 to 8.53 on the machine where the Netware thin clien plugin is installed the incrementals work correctly again.
