It is not possible to restore an NDMP backup job. In the restore window it is not possible to browse the content of the backup job. The subfolder folders are incorrectly displayed.

The folders and file name contains special characters, UTF-8 format. During the backup job the user select the option to "Request Unicode File Information" without setting the option to Use UTF-8 Conversions
Go to the backup window.
Browse the client where the ndmp plugin is installed.
Double click on the NDMP plugin to view the added filers.
Right click on the filer and select to Edit Server.
Check the Use UTF-8 Conversions.
The above will prevent the future backups not to be browsable. However the previous backups will still not be browsable as the correct characters are not displayed. The workaround will be to restore at the highest level. This is not convenient but it is the only way.
