When trying to restore to the original server using either original location or a alternate location the restore job is incomplete with the following warnings: "Unable to locate parent containers of item(s) to be restored" , "Unable to locate index entry for item to be restored" and "Nothing to restore". Fails with "Warning Unable to locate parent containers of item(s) to be restored" ,
We are able to restore the data to the NV server w/o any issues
WORKAROUND 1
Issue resolved by upgrading the NetVault client to the same version as on the server.
WORKAROUN 2
If restoring from old saveset, ensure that "Restore from selected backup" is selected in the advanced options.
