Netvault is unable to get the current system time when running the report job
For more information on this topic, please see the Module 4-Advanced Administration Part Two-Web-based Training
To resolve this issue open the nvconfigurator on the Netvault Server machine, go to the tab 'Time Sync' and verify that the option 'This machine is the bakbone time server' is ticked. Also verify that the field 'Synchronize bakbone time with system' is blank. If another server is being used as the time source verify that the details entered here are correct and that the Netvault server and the time server can resolve each other's addresses using nslookup.
Rebooting the Netvault server may resolve this issue.
Another possible cause could be that there is insufficient shared memory assigned to Netvault.
To check this go to the 'process manager' tab in the nvconfigurator on the NV server and verify that the field 'shared memory used for process table' is set to 128000.
Combined with the Process Manager settings on Windows machines also verify that the Windows services, Netvault Process Manager service has the Properties logon option 'interact with desktop' checked. Windows will assign more local memory resources to the Netvault processes with this checked.
