Backup Fails with "encrytion key phrase error" -
Description
Installed and enabled Encryption plugin via txtconfig... showed saved with no issues, showed encryption enabled... but when you ran a job the job would fail with the Error: "encrytion key phrase error"

Cause
Although this may not be everyones cause of this issue, In this case the customer changed the IP Address...

Resolution
Uninstalled the NetVault Software, Re-installed NetVault and Encryption plugin... you should now be able to run a backup and no longer get this error.
