In some circumstance users may want to stop and start NVBU service without starting the scheduled jobs.
They are many ways of starting the service without launching the scheduled jobs. However the easiest way will be to rename the scheduler database in the netvault/db directory.
At the start of the service a new schedule db will be created and no job will start. Once the user finishes his operations (i.e his hardware maintenance test) he/she bring the old scheduler db back and delete the new one
