Backup will fail showing drive going offline and generating an error message.
Symptoms:
Backup fails with the following error:
'Command failed, re-initializing driver' with context:

You need to disable the option 'Do not overlap command to arm and drive' within Manage Devices.
Click on the library and select 'Modify'.
Then go to the 'Configure' tab, click on the library and select 'Configure'.
You will see the option at the very end of the 'Configuration' tab.
This option needs to be ticked (to be disabled).
This will resolve the problem of the drive going offline.
