Symptoms: I need a step by step procedure to download software from the Quest Software Website
How do I download NetVault Plugin and any other software from the Quest Software Website?
1) Open your Web Browser and go to the http://www.quest.com Web Site
2) Place the mouse over the Download link in the home page and select NetVault Backup under the Drop-down menu .
3) Select the Plugin the you need by choosing the correct Version, for the OS that will run the Plugin, and click on Add to Downloads in front of the Plugin that you need to download.
-- You may select any other software that you need by using these same steps.
4)- You must Sign in by using the Email Address and Password registered on our files.
5)- Click on Forgot Password if it fails to authenticate by the email address and password entered.
6)- It is advisable to place a checkmark by the box in front of |_| Select all in order to download all relevant documentation.
7)- Click on Download now to download the Plugin and all corresponding documentation
Additional notes:
Obs1. You might need to download and install the Download manager into your machine.
Obs2. You might need to create a case directly with Customer Service and include your license number, business email and other pertinent information in order to help expedite your request. if your username and password does not work and you get an email informing you that your email address is not registered with our system.
