NetVault Service Fails to start on the NetVault server, Errors in system log
Failed to retrieve byte record at <xxxxx) from table 'Changes'
Failed to retrieve record header at<xxxxx> from table 'Scheduled Phases'
The NetVault schedule database is corrupted
Rename the schedule database (...\Quest Software\NetVault Backup\db\Schedule Database), then start the service. When the NetVault service starts it will create a new Schedule database, you can then restore a copy of the Schedule Database from a known good backup of the NetVault database and delete the renamed database.
