Storage/Media contents query report showing savesets with an Expiry date of NEVER (4044069)

When running Storage contents reports in Netvault it's noted that certain saveset residing on physical tape.

Verify first of all that these savesets are not set to expire based on generations (expire after the next full backups completes for example) or are not set to expire at all.

If this is not the case scan the tape in question the check to see if the the expiry date is now valid. If the saveset is still shown with an expiry date of NEVER please try the following steps to add display field segment expiry time and date to the 'Storage contents query' report :

-- Edit the 'Storage Contents Query' report

-- Edit the 'Media Contents Query' Component

-- In the 'Field Selection' tab, add fields 'Keep Time', 'Segment Expiry Time' and 'Segment Expiry Date'

-- Save and run the job

-- This report will/should show all savesets with their expiry dates listed. If there is one saveset on the media with no expiry date, the media expiry date will be NEVER.

All savesets should now correctly display the expiry date assigned to them.
