Error: Provider 'NVBUStorageService' failed'" when adding a DR-Series (or QoreStor) to NVBU 12.3 -
Description
After upgrading NetVault to version 12.3 and a firewall is present between the NVBU Server and the DR-Series (or QoreStor) it will cause the DR status change to offline from Manage Devices and if the appliance is removed it would fails with the error above when try to re-add it.

Cause
10011, 11000 and 9920 - These are the standard DR Series/ QoreStor communication ports. Port 9920 is required for communication between DR systems when replicating. Additional port 9443 is required for Secure Connect.

Resolution
Opening port 9443 will allow you to add the DR system back to NetVault.
Secure connect can also be disable if is not required.
Go to folder dynlib within the NVBU server installation path and run the command below:
On Windows:
C:\Program Files\Quest\NetVault Backup\dynlib>sc_manager.exe disable
On Linux:
>/usr/netvault/dynlib/./sc_manager disable
