Library and drive not configured correctly. The drives have not been set in the right bay within Netvault.
- Physically identify the drives and their locations within the library . The best way to do this is to use the web interface of the library. Make a note of each drive's serial and its location.
- Open Netvault Admin Console
- Go to Device Management
- Make a note of the library configuration (its name) , the drive's configuration (block size, buffer etc.). Take some screenshots if necessary.
- Delete the library
- Re-add the library. When selecting the drive make sure you select the right bay number as identified in step 1. All other configuration should be the same as before otherwise previously configured jobs will fail.
