Log Context of the error is: "Task to create VM snapshot failed with reason 'An error occurred while quiescing the virtual machine. See the virtual machine's event log for details.'
Vmware plugin timed out while waiting for the snap shot ot occur. snap shots is taking too long because the plug in fails because of a time out
Change the following parameter in the vmware.cfg (located in ...\NetVault Backup\config\)
[Custom:MountOperationTimeoutSecs]
Default value = “Value=600” to "Value=1200”
