The order in which drives are added in NetVault must correspond precisely with the drive order/geometry of the library. If the alignment is incorrect then NetVault will report errors when moving media.
Because NetVault and the library are not talking about the same drives, errors include the library refusing to unload drive1 that it sees as empty (but NetVault is trying to unload drive2 which contains media), or the library refusing to load media for the same reason.
Typically the changer will then go offline
