Catalog Search has been installed and is enabled. When searching for files on savesets with the default Admin or Default user accounts, results are displayed properly, and restoration of the files can proceed from the "Search Results" screen.
However, when a limited account is used, a lightbulb icon will be displayed next to the [🔍Search All] button, and when it is clicked, a popup is displayed with the following error message:

If the [🔍Search All] button is pressed, the "Legacy search method" will be used, but the process will yield no results.
Catalog Search is not installed with NetVault. It can be installed afterward as an add-on package; therefore, the "System - Install / remove software package" privilege is required to interact with the tool.
In NetVault, preset privileges are defined for specific roles. The Helpdesk preset is designed to allow users to restore savesets. In a system with hundreds of savesets, the usage of Fast Catalog Search facilitates the location of a specific file for recovery. However, the Helpdesk preset lacks the "System - Install / remove software package" required to run Fast Catalog Search. Please ensure that the user accounts that require to run Fast Catalog Search have the "System - Install / remove software package" privilege assigned.
Note: although the error message mentions that the "Service - Administer and restart" privilege is required, it is not necessary to run Fast Catalog Search.
The "System - Install / remove software package" privilege allow a user to add and remove plugins and other packages (e.g. Catalog Search). If adding the privilege is a compromise, consider restricting the user by specifying which clients groups the account can access by assigning group membership.
