Backup jobs are hanging with 'waiting for media' though the correct device is being targeted and there is sufficient media available within this device.
This behaviour is only happening after the library has been readded which was done after the Netvault language was changed from one language to another
A possible cause of this is if the Netvault language has been changed from say French to English prior to removal and readding of a library. This means that when the library is is readded the drives are listed now as 'DRIVE 1 , 2 ' etc and not as they previously were as 'LECTEUR 1, 2 ' etc. As they are still listed as 'LECTEUR 1' etc in the target set the jobs are using Netvault believes the device targetted no longer exists and will hang the job
The solution is to amend the target sets, reselect the device with it's new identifier then resave the target set.
If source sets are being used for data copy/duplication jobs it may be necessary to do the same for them as otherwise duplications and restores may hang when seeking a drive to read the media from.
