NetVault services are stopping after migration to a new NetVault server on the same network.
Preferred address is changing between the old server address and the new NetVault server address.
You can see this in the NetVault logs:

Shutdown the old NetVault server or make sure the NetVault services are stopped.
Configure the preferred address on the new NetVault server to the new IP address.
To do this, go to NetVault WebUI | Change Settings | Server Settings | Network Manager | Preferred network address
