Start Time in exported to PDF NetVault report shows incorrect time
Description

Exported report in PDF shows incorrect time. Sample below:

Start run time is: 4:06AM Singapore time but the exported report in PDF shows Start Time “11:36AM GMT +7:30”. This is incorrect because the time is already converted so, GMT +7:30 should not be showing anymore.
