The following messages and errors were within the NetVault logs:
1] Error Media Failed to write header
The Tape Library will Load ALL Tapes (One by One), and for each tape it will try to write the header and fail. and that tape will be marked as BAD, after giving the Failed to Write Header Error
It will do that for all tapes available.
