Standalone Drive not seen by NetVault -
Description
When attempting to add a Standalone Drive it is not seen by NetVault in the WebUI
Windows Device Manager can see the Tape Drive so it is visible at the OS level

Cause
The tape drive was locked by another backup software -
Resolution
Once the tape drive was released by the other backup software then it could be successfully added to NetVault
