When configuring the Hyper-V plugin a working directory must be specified. This path must already exist and must be present on all hosts in the cluster where the plugin is installed.
This can also occur if the path is not located on a disk local to the Hyper-V host.
WORKAROUND:
Create the same directory structure on each of your Hyper-V hosts. This can be located on any drive attached directly to the host.
The directory cannot be on shared storage.
