Upgrade to 11.4 removes the logon account to the NetVault service
Customer might be seeing problems when accessing CIFS shares.

Cause
Windows upgrade to Netvault 11.4, removes the logon account info from netvault service.
The reason is, as part of the upgrade, the Quest installer recreates the services.

Resolution
Reconfigure Netvault Process Manager Service to use logon as the user it previously had.
