BUG 28269
This Bug only happens very intermittently with duplications/ Data copies. There is no workaround to stop this happening at this time.
To work around this issue use backup retries in advanced option schedule set under secondary copies, if running the duplication/ data copy as a phase 2 job; or if running data copy, duplication as phase 1 backup use retries in the backup schedule set. This will resubmit the duplication X number of times if the duplication fails after X minutes.
As this is problem is rarely seen the second attempt at the duplication should complete.
Alternatively you can run the duplication again manually by selecting the duplication/data copy job in the failed job window and then selecting run now
