When starting the Netvault Process Manager service on the Netvault client, the error appears:
"Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"
When opening Netvault Configurator a message appears saying:
"The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"
This file should reside in the directory C:\Windows\SysWOW64.
Copy the "msvcr71.dll" from another client with the same OS into this directory and the service will start.
