Media shows OTHER state after upgrade from NetVault Version 8.5 or Earlier
The NetVault Version 8.5 or earlier could be the cause for this issue, due to incompatibility with the newer database version.
1)- Run a backup of the Current Netvault Database.
2)- Remote Desktop into the NetVault Backup Server machine
3)- Open Command Line as Administrator.
4)- Navigate to the NetVault Folder
5)_ Run these two commands you can run from the command line nvmeddbcheck and nvscheddbcheck,
6)- These commands will perform checks on the Netvault database and fix any issue with the database records.
