Virtual client backups fail after upgrading to NetVault 11.4
Viewing virtual client using client management we see that the plugin configured in the virtual client is not the plugin required for the virtual client.
Plugin that should be used can be found by viewing the clients that are configured in the virtual client and checking the correct plugin type and version under installed software.

1/ Check new NetVault folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\NetVault Backup\packages\standard to see if the plugin required is here. If not download required plugin to folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\NetVault Backup\packages\standard from quest download site using URL below:

2/ take screenshots of virtual client configuration in client management, browse the virtual client taking screenshots of configuration information and verify you know the configured users password.
3/ remove the virtual client
4/ recreate the virtual client using the same clients, the same virtual IP address, the same virtual client name exactly including case and selecting the required plugin from drop down.
5/ browse virtual client and configure as required.
Note: If you intend to upgrade the plugin being used on the virtual client now is the time to do this. To do this download the updated plugin to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\NetVault Backup\packages\standard folder and create the virtual client with this plugin.
