Empty "Manager Users" page under NVBU 11.3
Description

When clicking "Manage Users" the page loads without any content and none of the existing NetVault users can be seen.
Cause

This issue, logged under Bug 32794, occurs when a NetVault user was previously edited under "Manage Users" > "Details" > "Other Details" and the default description under the "Description" field was removed.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
- Move your current netvault/nvws/js/usermanagement.js file into a safe place. There is no need to stop the NetVault service.
- Please download the attached 'usermanagement.zip', extract it and copy the usermanagement.js into ../netvault/nvws/js/
- Start the Web UI and go to Manage Users to verify the page is now loading correctly.
STATUS:
Bug 32794 will be resolved in the NVBU 11.4 release.
