Description
Could not start NetVault service after a reboot of the server, the following error was observed when trying to start it from Windows services:
Windows could not start the NetVault process Manager Service on Local Computer.
Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.

Cause
This was due to the Netvault Backup PostgreSQL database server process not starting correctly after a reboot of the NetVault server.

Resolution
Workaround:
1. Stop the NetVault postgres.exe process tree
2. Restart NetVault Backup PostgreSQL database server process
3. Start the NetVault process manager.
