If the NetVault machine ID has changed, then the NetVault Server license key needs to be changed.
You can now manage your license keys yourself by navigating to the following site:
https://support.quest.com/my-account/licensing, register the Server License Number if it hasn't been registered, and transfer license from Retrieve Key tab.
