Using Netvault 10 WebUI it is not possible to multi select and move tapes from slots to EE ports.
Moving tapes from slots to EE ports can only be done one at a time with the WebUI

Resolution
Feature request bug 23748 has been created for this and this option will be available in future version of netvault. Please check netvault release notes to track the progress of this feature request.
Workaround is to create a script using nvexportmadia to export the media. See URL below to upload netvault CLI manual for help with this.
