Netvault client installation fails on MAC OS
Description

Installation fails with error message
"The install failed (The installation failed due to an error. Contact the Software manufacturer)."
Cause

Customer used 7zip utility on the GUI to extract the files from the netvault-R2013AUG22-MANX-MacOSX.tar.gz file
Resolution

Open a putty session on the MAC server
> gunzip netvault-R2013AUG22-MANX-MacOSX.tar.gz
>tar -xvf netvault-R2013AUG22-MANX-MacOSX.tar
Complete the installation using the GUI as per the installation guide.
