NetVault backup 9.2 on windows 2008R2
VMware Plugin 10.01 running on the NetVault server
VMware ESX 4.1 environment
VM OS version red hat Linux 7 64 bit
VMware backup fails while file indexing Linux red hat VM
Looking at the binary log we see :

Workaround:
VMware Image backup of this VM without file level indexing.
If file level indexing is necessary install NetVault client on the VM and backup the files with the file system plugin.
