When in "Job Status" of NetVault, unable to click on Option Buttons, they're Greyed Out on NVBU v11.3
Description

When trying to manage active or scheduled jobs, unable to click buttons to stop, start, remove schedule, etc. They stay grayed out in any browser: Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer - closing Browsers and clearing cache doesn't work.
(attached is a screenshot of what you may see/experience).

Cause

There are two JavaScript files that are causing this issue, replacing them will resolve this problem... May also help with browser performance (no lag, refresh rate)
Resolution

Download the attached JavaScript files: "jobstatus" & "nvcommon" (1 zip file called "Hotfix", with both files in it)...
1.) Make a copy of original version of these files first, then move them somewhere safe
2.) Copy the new files into $NV_HOME/nvws/js/ (where $NV_HOME/ is the path of your NV installation), then Hard refresh the browser (Crtl+F5) so that the browser picks up the new changes.
***NOTE*** these files will go on the machine you're managing netvault on... so if you're managing NVBU on the actual Backup Server then you'll make these changes there... if using a Workstation, then you'll use the files on that workstation.
