When NetVault processes crash, the Trace Buffer of each process is dumped to a dmp file in a sub directory of the NetVault home called dumps.
By default, this is set to 7Kb, and can be modified in the "Process Manager" tab of nvconfigurator.
Also, by default, the verbosity of the data generated at this time is set to a low level.
To increase the verbosity of the data in the dmp file, go to the "Trace Level" tab of nvconfigurator.
Change this level from DEFAULT to LIBVERBOSE on all the processes where it is required, usually identified by Technical Support.
Services do not need to be restarted for this setting to be applied.
The next time the processes crash, there should be more information in the dmp files.
