I.e. open devices window no devices, open client window no clients, open reports window no reports etc. but if you open the logs window logs are present.
If NetVault server is controlled using domain control from a client the GUI windows are populated as expected.
NVGUI trace file shows the following:

1. Stop NetVault
2. Browse to the …\NetVault Backup\gui\CachedPits\DXO-BACKUP\ directory and delete the following files: PitIcons and TimeStamp, leave the TimeStamp.lck file.
Note: if the PitMethods is there delete this as well
3. Start NetVault and verify the correct info in all NetVault options i.e. device management , backup window, media manger etc.
